About Us

We are small congregation that worships together in Lakewood, WA. Sundays can sometimes feel more like a family reunion than anything else. We have kids running around, parents taking a moment to breathe, and older folks who look forward to seeing their friends each week. We are an open and affirming congregation and strive to be a place where all people feel welcome.

About Rev. Laura Nile Tuell

Rev. Laura Nile Tuell has served as pastor of LPC since August 2023. Laura was ordained as Minister of Word and Sacrament in 2019 and previously served a congregation in Dayton, Ohio. She is the primary preacher at LPC, although we occasionally have guest preachers in our pulpit.
